A-PDF Number 1.1 is a small utility that enables the end user to insert page numbers into any PDF documents. You can add special text as a prefix to the page number such as your copyright notice or any other note. Page number format can be regular numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5,.. ), lowercase Roman numbers (i, ii ,iii, iv, v,.. ) or upper case Roman numbers (I, II ,III, IV, V,.. ). You can specify where the page number will appear whether in middle bottom, right bottom or left bottom from a drop down menu. The prefix text and page number color can be selected using a 8 million color palette similar to that of Microsoft Paint. Another feature present, is it's specifying which is the first and last page you want your prefix text and page numbers appear on - which can be used to exclude the start and last page from numbering. You can start using the application by browsing for a file by clicking the "Browser" button to choose a file name. Once you fill all other options, just press the "Process" button which will pop up a windows asking for the place where you want your modified PDF document to be saved. One great thing, is that the program doesn't require Adobe Acrobat reader to be installed on your computer. |
